the beds are very comfortable. the room included tea making facilities and a fridge. breakfast options were varied and good. the food and service in the restaurant were also good.
the cushions from the outdoor furniture were wet. they were also on the floor.

Kane gave me a room upgrade after i mentioned my hilton and raddison stays. the executive room had a spacious design. I appreciated that. reception staff friendliness stood out. They were accommodating! the breakfast staff handled requests well during a busy rush.
restaurant service was disappointing, our starters and main arrived at the same time.

breakfast included a good variety, with sausages and other items available. the hotel restaurant offered tasty meals and reasonable prices. i noticed the staff had varying approaches to adding tips, so be aware of that.

The hotel sits directly on the grand union canal, a feature i enjoyed. i noted good transport links. This included buses, taxis, and underground. rooms had windows. Others had french balconies facing the canal.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I appreciated their support. check-in was quick and easy. This made for a smooth arrival. reception ensured a smooth check-in process! any issues reported, such as the safe, were quickly resolved.
